Virtual Office Terms of Service
The service is provided for 12 months from the date of payment at €300+vat
Full payment by Card or EFT is required in advance.
Once your application has been approved you will receive an email confirming the start date and your new registered business address.
We will accept letters, A4 envelopes and small parcels on your behalf. We will not accept delivery of registered letters or consignments of stock.
Mail can be collected Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm.
We will contact you 1 week in advance of your subscription ending to discuss renewal of the service.
If you decide to renew, your subscription will begin from the original start date and not when the payment is made.
If you decide not to renew, your subscription, you can collect whatever mail we have held for you and all other mail and parcels from that date will be marked RETURNED TO SENDER.
No monies will be refunded if you cancel the service before the service end date.
We do not open your mail and scan its contents to you even if authorized by you.
