Pilates offers more than just movement—it’s designed to strengthen, align, and energise you from the inside out.
Each class begins with gentle breathing and a warm-up, followed by chair-based exercises, stretches, and mindful movements to build flexibility, balance, and core strength. Props and occasional meditation add variety and relaxation, supporting both body and mind.
Guided by certified Advanced Mat Pilates instructor Susan—who brings experience as a teacher and competitive athlete—these sessions show how Pilates can support recovery, enhance everyday performance, and build resilience at any stage of life.
