Chair Yoga offers a gentle and accessible way to move, breathe and relax, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Each class combines chair-based yoga movements, gentle stretching and mindful breathwork to help improve flexibility, balance, mobility and strength. The chair provides support throughout, making the class suitable for all ages, abilities and levels of fitness. Each session also includes a guided meditation and a short, soothing sound bath to encourage deeper relaxation and help calm the mind.

Classes are led by Barbara Brennan, a certified yoga teacher and wellness coach, who creates a warm, welcoming and supportive space where everyone can move at their own pace. No previous yoga experience is needed.
