Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

✅ You provide at least 48 hours' notice before the course, workshop or social trip starts.

✅ You accidentally registered for the wrong course, workshop, or social trip.

Refund Processing Times

Stripe/Card refunds: Typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Cheque refunds: May take up to two weeks to process and issue.
