David is a leader in the social enterprise and charity sectors, with over 25 years’ experience and expertise in strategy, governance, funding and operations.

David is passionate about creating inclusive, accessible spaces that benefit the community.​ He was recently appointed Company Secretary.

Ian is Managing Director of Martin Services Ltd, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight to support the company’s continued growth and success.

His strong leadership background and deep industry knowledge bring valuable insight to the TEC board and help guide our strategic direction.

Jeremy brings insight in health and safety management, including workplace safety and fire safety procedures and training. He supports TEC in maintaining high standards of compliance and best practice, helping to ensure a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.

Gerry brings expertise in operational best practice and cost optimisation. He has extensive experience in supplier management and contract negotiation, helping to ensure strong commercial outcomes and effective governance through robust and efficient operational processes.

Gemma is a law graduate of UCD and currently works as a Company Secretary and Corporate Governance professional. She previously worked as a Digital Skills Trainer at TEC, where she worked closely with members of the local community and saw first-hand the positive impact that digital skills and social connection can have on older people’s lives.

Gemma is passionate about inclusive and sustainable leadership and about creating welcoming, supportive spaces. She is committed to supporting the TEC’s growth and helping to deliver our strategic vision.

David is a commercially focused finance professional and qualified accountant with an MBA in Global Business. He brings extensive experience in financial leadership, governance, and strategic development across SMEs, non-profit organisations, and growth-focused businesses.

He has held senior roles including Financial Controller and Fractional CFO, supporting organisations through expansion, restructuring, and operational improvement. David brings strong expertise in financial oversight, risk management, and board reporting, and is passionate about supporting enterprise development and helping early-stage and scaling businesses build sustainable financial foundations.

Tom is a founding member of TEC. He has a strong legal background, and brings careful attention to detail and a practical approach to ensuring that all agreements are robust, compliant, and aligned with TEC’s operational needs.

Jay is a distinguished financial leader and the Founder and Managing Partner of FinTech PRO, as well as the Managing Director of Patel Capital Management Ltd. With extensive experience in strategic financial oversight and taxation, he has built a strong reputation for driving innovation within the Irish accounting sector.

Under his leadership, FinTech PRO was awarded “Best Online Practice of the Year 2023” at the Irish Accountancy Awards, reflecting his commitment to technological excellence and modern business solutions.

Jay specialises in cloud-based systems, corporate governance, and business scalability, providing high-level strategic guidance to a diverse portfolio of SMEs and start-ups.

Elizabeth is the Head of Service Delivery and Development at Cuan, the national Domestic Abuse Support Services agency, where she leads the strategic oversight, financial monitoring, and national expansion of frontline services across Ireland. She brings over 20 years of frontline experience to her work, alongside an MA in Equality Studies from University College Dublin, providing strong insight into service delivery, equality, and social advocacy.

Her previous role as Deputy CEO of the Peter McVerry Trust saw her manage large-scale operational strategies and governance initiatives. Following her completion of the HPC Principal Officer Executive Leadership Programme in 2024, Elizabeth combines her academic background in equality with a practical, results-driven approach to organisational leadership and service excellence.

Ann has over 25 years of experience dedicated to empowering socially disadvantaged and unemployed communities, both in Dublin and London. She brings a long-standing commitment to social inclusion and community development, supporting initiatives that create opportunities, build confidence, and improve access to employment and services.

Adrienne brings extensive experience in the financial services sector, having operated at senior management level in both commercial and not-for-profit organisations. She has particular experience in risk management, compliance, and governance, and contributes strong insight in areas such as committee oversight, integrity, and assurance, supporting effective and accountable board practice.
