This taster session take place on Monday 17th June from 10am to 11am at Terenure Enterprise Centre. The sessions will be gentle and at a beginner fitness level.

Qigong is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation. It typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. People practice qigong throughout China and worldwide for recreation and exercise.
