Personal Development & Soft Skills
Office Skills – a 9-session simulated office course where participants learned to work together as a team, take on assignments as in the real workplace, learned about office procedures, communication and time management.
Client: Dublin South Supported Employment
Publishing a Newsletter – This 10-session course was run off-site in the client organisation’s own venue. Participants took on roles required to get a newsletter published, including editor, journalist, layout and designer functions. The structure of the course allowed participants to set and achieve deadlines and get the publication into print and distributed throughout their organisation, friends and family.
Client: Enable Ireland: Crumlin, Sandyford and Dun Laoghaire
Literacy Using Interior Design – This 9-session course was run off-site and explored the use of colour palettes, texture and design to encourage participants to create their own space using a mood board. Literacy and numeric skills were also developed with participants to measure and map their designs.

Where Birds Live in Nature – This 8-session course was run off-site and allowed participants to develop photography skills and improve their knowledge of using digital images to create a photographic exhibition of their work.

Business & Professional
Starting in Business – This 9 module programme can be tailored to meet the timeframe and learning needs of participants. Core modules include Finance & Taxation, Marketing, Business Planning and Using the Internet for Small Business. This course is a regular at Terenure Enterprise Centre and has also been run off site.
