This workshop is aimed at providing participants with information on technology tools that support wellbeing and health. It explores how technology can monitor various activities to enhance our daily health and wellbeing.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be capable of:
- Utilising a smartwatch to monitor heart rate, daily steps, and blood oxygen (available on some smartwatches).
- Using apps for yoga, strength training, and tracking diet.
- Accessing apps that aid in mental wellbeing.
