Over 55? Are you interested in getting to grips with a computer or mobile phone technology? Would you like to keep in touch with friends and family around the globe using email or sharing digital photographs?

Would you enjoy meeting new people in a relaxed and welcoming environment? The Active IT Society is a membership based organisation (€10per annum) launched in 2007 to promote IT learning and practice among older people, based in Terenure Enterprise Centre it is run by a voluntary committee and is reliant on volunteer trainers and community finance initiatives to ensure older people can learn and be creative with changes in new technology.
